Well Charles, if I had enough shares and financial clout, that is exactly what I'd do. However, as a small, inconsequential investor (at least to the bigshot ripoff artists), about the only recourse people like me have is to join in class action lawsuits. My understanding is that the targets of such suits are firstly the culprits who committed the overt illegal actions, and secondly any facet of management which may have contributed to the illegal plundering through their oversight, mismanagement, or negligence. If deemed appropriate, I see no reason why management of the company should not be called to task for mismanagement or negligence, if there is evidence of such. Let the chips fall where they may. JMO.
