RE:OREA stockI suppose it's easier to spread misinformation than to actually ask the Allegiant a question about their relationship with Orea Gold and Orea holdings in Allegiant. Allegiant's response below:

Allegiant Gold Ltd. is not a shareholder of Orea Mining Corp. Allegiant was spun out of Orea but did not own any shares. It's important to clarify that, while Orea was a shareholder from 2017-2020, they have not owned any shares for at least the last 3-4 years."
The only relationship that's there is that Peter Gianullis was also a Director of Orea and Orea received 20k from Allegiant in relation to some sort of Directors in common reimbursement scheme...
