Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Mixed bagSo many doom and gloomers have popped up here.  I'm also holding all of my core shares since I agree with Matt's thinking that this money was necessary to clean up their balance sheet debt.  We were not getting a proper valuation for LN, so Shafter is needed to move to the next level.  If this money is needed/used for Shafter then I can handle the short-term pain for longer term gain.  I mean even after this PP, the company will still have a relatively low o/s share count for a 5M oz equivalent silver producer!

The 19% haircut we've had is pretty typical during the summer downtime anyways.  Remember, we were at
.10 this time last year, and since then management has done a fine job in moving both the operations and shareprice forward IMHO.  I will continue to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I understand why others would want to sell.
