The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Many take outs occur because the firm getting bought out is located very close to the company buying them.

I believe Shafter is safe in this regard, but I wonder about La Negra?????

 

I think aurcana has a long way to go to have it's stock fully priced that a takeover would be rather 'anti-climatic"

at this time. Hopefully geographical isolation of it's mines will keep a takeover from happening for now....
