First Majestic and AUN

First Majestic and AUN

First Majestic is a good example of what is in store for AUN.

Interesting to note that FM market Cap is currently $2.7 billion (AUN is $0.5 billion) and FM is producing and annualised silver equivalent of 8.8 million oz. Lenic is pallning for between 8 and 10 million annualised by end of 2013. Not bad! Could we see a five fold increase in share value from here? lilely.

Also note that FM has Resources & Reserves (excluding inferred) of about 195m silver equivalent  for all of its mines. On La Negra alone AUN has over 200m silver equivalent (ignoring Shafter).

It would be great to see production on La Negra expanded but Lenic says we will have production from both Shafter and La Negra that will match up to FM current production.

a really compelling story and its just about to kick off into commercial production on two huge mines.
