(OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Yes, Dr. Bill, this does look like a good plan and an easy aquisition with a good fit and diversification.

Question for all, Is anyone else wondering why there is NO mention of the fact that Dr. El-Alfy is the CEO of Tosca Mining in the PR announcing his appointment as Vice-President of Operations for AUN??

There's no mention of this on the Aurcana or Tosca websites.

All of Dr. El-Alfy's other experience is shown (and it's nicely extensive).

TSQ (Tosca) is trading up 16% today on this news, with Scotia Capital buying.

Is this the proverbial cart before the horse??

Very unusual scenario here.  Thoughts?
