What hope fo shareholders ?

They still have one (and even two) mines, but what are they still worth under current conditions ?
1)- First of all, were the promising prospects presented to us for Virginius well-founded or window dressing?
2)- Then, if this mine really had a good value, wouldn't it have made it possible to reach an acceptable negotiation before the receivership?
3)- In your opinion, is there a slim hope for shareholders?

maybe Mercuria didnt want to reach an agreement, surely more beneficial for them to take aurcana to court and take control of the mine if they can do that? The mine is worth a lot more than the debt

It is not Mercuria who would sell the mine, but the person named in the receivership and this person is required to sell at the fairest possible value! On the other hand, are you sure that the Virginius mine is worth more than the debt (total that with Mercuria + the others)? If so, the balance of the sale would go to AUN (and its shareholders)!

No, im not sure but looking at the older news releases about the mine it seems to be worth a lot. Also not sure exactly how much debt aurcana has

Et bien nous, puisque la mine est vendue pour 4.5M seulement ! Je crois que nous avons t tromps sur la valeur relle de cette mine.

Well, we are, since the mine is sold for only 4.5M! I think we are wrong about the real value of this mine.
