The Virginius purchase agreement of April 17 was reportedly terminated. What are the consequences?

If the buyer terminated the agreement when the purchase price of Virginius was very low, even derisory, we can't expect anything good. I am afraid that Virginius never had the potential that Aurcana's management put forward!
