Thats what we have here. AUU is the only one in a large plethora of juniors going for broke on their $2M non brokered offering. Things have changed a lot, a helluva lot in the last 3 to 5 years or so.
I'm not saying this is a good deal if it succeeds, but its likely the best they can do these days. I'm looking at it from the perspective that this is a 4 cent stock with some excellent exploration results where a lot of the gold is of the near surface kind.The company is doing a do or die financing which does not really hurt stock holders like myself since the stock is already lower than a snakes belly to the grass, and unless the company can do more field work not likely to go anywhere.
If on good drill results this stock pops to 10, 15, or 20 cents then I am a multi bag winner.
I,m popping the cap on a new bottle of Jim Beam Red Stag right after supper for a wee celebratory shot or two or three on this news.
