RE:CRA taxing TFSAI guess this means the CRA is going to be as equally concerned about my TFSA with regards to giving me write offs should I suffer a major financial loss over a trade that went bad, wright??. I think not. On that note I think this is still a major grey area and would almost certainly be challenged. Initial funds put into the TFSA Have already been taxed once,this also has to be considered.
