One thing is for sure, he could have use his buying power as someone mentioned (if it's true) at thiis bottom level to get full control of the company, but the approach he's taking now would only help hime take control of the company at the minimum cost. Meanwhile, we haven't heard any business plan from him so far and the worse is, we just learned a little bit more about him, another guy like Arun nesting too many grey areas..
