Shocking to cancel without an explanation

People suggesting some fanciful reasons why they cancelled it... oversubscribed? Buyout? Both are ridiculous. First big issue is that they really need those funds, they are running out of cash. Second big issue is that whatever the real reason is, they are not being transparent with investors... major red flag.
