Ok, I'm really going to get into the weeds with you on this as I don’t have the time to educate people who don’t seem to understand how the markets work.  Do you have a margin account with a Brokerage firm like Leeds, Canaccord, Cormark? TD can do whatever the hell they want.... I can assure you I can short almost any stock on the venture by calling the broker, it’s not a hard thing

Ya sure - the TD reference was just a quick google search. Canaccord and Cormark are in the business of making money - and wont lend YOU shares of any stock you want. Any shorts out on (lets just pick AVN for now) are well back up by the shorter, and have a "relationship" with the firm.  So Canaccord and Cormark are that stupid? They will short stocks at 0.005 -0.01 cents I dont

Yeah they will especially if you have a lot of money sitting in a margin account with them, they dont care they charge you interest on your shorts.... as you said they want to make money. LOL Again just because YOU are not able to do something does not mean other people cannot do it. You don't have to be lent the shares to short a stock in Canada hence Naked Shorting..... Once the settlement day comes - the piper has to be paid  (3 days) - Now Canaccord et al are so in the gutter, and have scum bag trading desk managment that they will agree to naked shorting 5 cent venture stocks  OR you have such a relationship with thme - that they will allow YOU to play - I highly doubt that.
