Yesterday’s price drop telegraphed the public offering news so I’m hoping this move up is telegraphing something positive.  When Royal Helium got their dept financing to finance their plant construction they also had to do a share offering for $5 million to cover part of the plant costs themselves, in order to get the dept financing approved.  So I’m hoping this is what Avanti is doing
