Shorts at 186 k
Shorts contracts have hit a high level of 186 k. They've been as low as 10 k a few months back. With the renewed turmoil in the financial markets, some investors have gone to cash and are waiting it out on the side. Shorts on the other hand see blood in the water and started to sell small lots in order to drive the share price down and are now going to unwind their short contracts.
My opinion, is that this downdraft, should be all over and done with within a week, or so. Hang on to your shares, and if possible, buy more to drive down your average. We all know what Avanti is sitting on. The future for this company looks very bright, and I for one am in it for the long term.
