ARROWHEAD AMENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT Arrowhead Water Products Ltd. has increased the price of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of five million common shares. The price for the common shares has been increased from 27 cents per share as previously announced to 30 cents per share. The above private placement is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange approval. Closing of the private placement is anticipated to be on or before Oct. 7, 2013.
