AXE share price projection timeline part 2To All:
We read in the May 20th 2020 News release that Acceleware's Farm-In Arrangement at Marwayne indicates that Broadview's share will be 7.5% of the gross revenues and Acceleware's share will be 92.5% of the gross oil revenues from Pilot Commerical Facility. We also read in other literature that a $10 million investment in this technology should create a long term oil well with approximate production of 1,000 barrels of oil per day. That is equal to 365,000 barrels of oil per year. At $100 oil that equals $35.5 million gross of which 92.5% goes to Acceleware. That would be about $33.7 million gross revenue going to Acceleware in the first year. They also have an option on a second site at Marwayne that should should produce as much oil. Of course we don't know the exact amount. All indications would be that in the first full year of operation we are talking about the value of AXE going from $58 million US to about $250 million US so a 5 fold increase just from the production from the first well. However, When the first commercial order which is likely to be in the $100 million range comes in then value of the company should shoot to $1 billion US.
So: Today the price is $0.55 US.
After the first well is producing by the end of the first year or earlier it should go to $2.5 per share. We are talking about December 2022 or January 2023 to reach that price. Or even a higher price.
During 2023 I expect the first large project to come in. Sometime in late 2023 the price should reach $10 per share. The latest that share price would happen would in 2024.
In 2024 I expect a seond large project. By the end of 2024 I would expect about $20 per share.
By 2030, I would suspect that annual revenues should be at least $1 billion per year. This would lead to a share price around $100 per share. We should reach that or a higher price by 2030 or sooner.
Within 15 years I would suspect that we are talking about a company with $2 to $3 billion in annual revenues and a market cap of perhaps $300 per share.
This is just my humble opinion.
Also, People should be aware that this same technology can be adapted to heat grain in storage, and also even more important, might, just might be able to create Green Hydrogen. In fact, that would lead to an entire separate division, which might be as big as the fossil fuel division. So yes, I think within 15 years we are talking about $300 per share or a $30 billion in market cap company.
