NO NEWS About The PROMISSORY NOTE DUE December 31, 2023 ?

As at September 30, 2023, $746,849 of principal and accrued interest remains outstanding and the counterparty has agreed to amended terms. Repayment is expected on or about December 31, 2023 and the interest rate was increased to 11.85% per annum beginning July 1, 2023.
