RE:4 PHASE Project ROUTE To COMMERCIAL-SCALE POTASH DRYING - since they ALREADY SUBMITTED the PRELIMINARY DESIGN for Phase 2 APPROVAL by IMII, it is ONLY a MATTER of BUILDING the APPARATUS and TWEAKING IT ASSUMING that the ENGINEERING of the POTASH DRYER was FUNCTIONALLY CORRECT

- ONCE they HAVE WORKED OUT the SMALL-SCALE DRYER SYSTEM, it then NEEDS TO BE UPSCALED from the BASE 100 KG. per hour to 5,000 KG. per hour in PHASE 2B

* this will be the CHALLENGING PART as they are ATTEMPTING to PROCESS a 50 TIMES (50X) DRYER INPUT into the CONTEMPLATED MACHINE in the SECOND STEP of Phase 2  

* NO DOUBT that the CLEAN TECH INVERTER (CTI) WILL BE UP TO THE TASK

* it is HOW the RADIATED ENERGY is CAPTURED and TRANSFERRED to the POTASH ORE in an ENERGY EFFICIENT and EXPENSE-SENSITIVE WAY that will DETERMINE the COMMERCIAL FEASIBILITY and SUCCESS of the project  

- Phase 3 (6 X) and 4 (13/3 X) should be CONCEPTUALLY STRAIGHTFORWARD IF we MASTER PHASE 2B {from 100 to 5000 kilograms per hour}

- IMII is being CONSERVATIVE in PROVING UP the DRYER SYSTEM as they SCALE UP and LIMITING their CAPEX EXPOSURE in DISCRETE INCREASING LIMITS

- so YES, I do NOT BLAME THEM for TAKING a QUANTIFIED SYSTEMATIC APPROACH
