I Know He Is Hard To GET But They Should TRY

- Alex Pourbaix is no longer CEO of Cenovus Energy but remains Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of CVE so he has more time at his disposal although he is still a very busy man

- the good thing about Alex is that he is one of the main front man for the Pathways Alliance and will be extensively lobbying the Governments of Alberta and Canada to get more favorable tax treatments for the BIG 6 oilsands companies investing in the $17 billion Pathways Alliance CCS project

- Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions is the first line of opportunity to dramatically reduce CO2 emissions in the SAGD oilsands industry by 2030

- the AXE RF XL technology is in competition to reduce CO2 GHG emissions at the SAGD production sites as well

- should the AXE electromagnetic (EM) system be COMMERCIALLY SUCESSFULL than the Pathways Alliance (3 out of the 6 which made investments and agreements with AXE providing $6 million in money and services to the RFXL Marwayne project)  will be very happy and so will be the shareholders of Acceleware

- were Alex to join the BODs of AXE, he would easily bring in new investors and it would be much easier to arrange a FAVORABLE CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE financing that will RELIEVE shareholder DILUTION in the near future

- on top of that, he would add considerable leadership skills to the drifting senior executives at Acceleware

- since he is financially independent, I believe that money would NOT really interest him but enabling a TRANSFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGY to cut emissions in a major industry that he spent his career in and cares deeply about that is under economic and environmental THREAT could conceivably APPEAL to him

- don't forget that AXE has TWO (2) irons in the fire 1- RF XL 2- hydrogen production via the Aurora Hydrogen-Acceleware technology development partnership (methane pyrolysis) - the Pathways Alliance will be very interested in the local hydrogen production from methane which can be FEEDSTOCK to the STEAM CO-GENERATION plants that REDUCE or ELIMINATE CO2 GHG emsissions depending on the ...more

Yes this is key and it is good that it is being developed independent as far as i know from the partners involved in the oil and gas however from what i have went on about but not entirely independent in regards to suggesting oil production revenues to fund Aurora first and fully prior to doing anything with the potash and agruculture other than if goveenment grants provided as was done for 1 ...more

The only problem is these guys want it cheap..do you seriously think these key guys dont already have shares right now. My big problem as to what i said is simply this if these guys did not want to kill the share value to keep a lid on getting a cheap acquisition they would have been giving share suppiort none of which this has got. Now if these guys also were inclined to be helpful why not give ...more

Do you really believe a person who is financially independent will do something for nothing? I am not saying there are not those who would but they are far and few in between. People become wealthy for a reason and while many do like to be charitable and do give i dont think many will sit and serve on publicly traded companies for nothing but who knows maybe i have your guy all wrong. If i was ...more

ScarletSpider - (6/7/2023 1:56:44 PM) Do you really believe a person who is financially independent will do something for nothing? - I am NOT saying that Alex Pourbaix will do it for FREE - I am saying that he would be MOTIVATED by the challenge and success of the AXE technology and what that would mean to the PETROLEUM INDUSTRY and it goal to REDUCE CO2 emissions and it's strategic ...more

z173 you are getting into some really interesting points as there have been others in the past saying there may come a point when Geoff will step aside as he at that point brought the company as far as he could take it and another like who you are recommending may possibly take over which no doubt is natural progression.  Now here are a few other things to consider...typically even if anyone ...more
