Results

So having read more of the results not sure how I feel. On one hand the financial info doesn't make me feel to positive, but reading the operations info I feel pretty good.
The part that makes me feel good is it sounds like they have been working very close and getting input from the partners on improvements that should ease new installations. If the partners are engaged and want these improvements I would say they have plans to install a system at one of their oil sands facilities. On the other hand these upgrades and improvements cost money so it sounds like AXE is asking them to invest more money to make these upgrades. (Which makes sense) 
I will speculate that once they secure the money it will move forward quite fast. 

These improvements should provide our partners a lot of confidence to install a system plus it will make it much easier to sell a system to a smaller company knowing they have a much more robust and dependable system.

Very well said LA.  At the end of the day everything really comes down to one thing which is how much control do you want to give to anyone in exchange for how much in monetary value/compensation? I have no doubt axe will be around and see things through successfully in so far as proving the tech the company has worked way too hard and is on the cusp not to.
