The only value in Level 2 info is for penny traders.  Everybody know that Level info changes in minutes when some info flows around...no info..no depth.  For AXL we goty all the info.  Mkt didn't appreciate the news about lower daily BO RCE 2 results and Petro 2st round win... and is now waiting for RCS1 results...one month from now or so.  Unless we hear about East Pepper,

Level 2....lmao Try level 0. The capital structure ia broken and so is markets trust. This thing needs to churn through at least a 100 million shares not to mention Canacol overhang and control. Stock prices go up on things people want to buy. They go down on things people want to sell. Level 2 hahaha How old is this team btw? Is there any risk of dementia or delusion?
