The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has exploration projects in the Central African Republic (CAR) and Senegal. The Company's subsidiaries include AXMIN Limited (BVI), Aurafrique SARL (CAR), SOMIO Toungou SA (CAR), and others.
