Usually, a company that has proven reserves, but not yet mining, gets credit anywhere from 80 to 100 dollars for the proven gold still in the ground.
There are times when a company will see itself oversold and get credit for only 50 to 60 dollars per ounce.
AXMIN when you take the proven gold in the ground and divide it by the market cap and the price of gold per ounce in the world gets credit for 15 dollars an ounce.
An unheard of number. An unheard of cheapness.
The CEO (you can find the article two pages back on this board starting with letter) recently said that this is going to be a mine, the permits are taken care of, the African country just had a peaceful election with a 60 percent majority for the winner.
It is ready to go with the debt financing just recently announced as being done through Endeavour.
I think this is crazy what the price is, and I am in it with a full allotment.
Look for volume. One day it is going to take off and it won't stop, because right now I think it is being manipulated for accumulation. Look at the chart today for example. Sold at .08 the entire day, then at 3:59 someone makes the first .075 trade in hours, a little dinky one, just to get it close poorly.
