AXMIN Inc. is a Canadian exploration and development company with a focus on Central and West Africa. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, has exploration projects in the Central African Republic (CAR) and Senegal. The Company’s primary asset is the Passendro Gold Project situated in the CAR. It holds a 100% interest in the Bambari properties, which consists of a mining license (355 square kilometers) and two exploration licenses, Bambari 1 and 2 (1,240 square kilometers). The Passendro Gold Project is situated in the center of the mining license, which is ring-fenced by the two Bambari exploration licenses. Thank you very much, Bobwins, for sharing your assessment.  Those kind of insights really make this board useful.

I have to admit that I'm less sanguine than Sven Lorenz regarding the significance of Axmin needing to secure equity.  Experience warns me that with funds running out, we could--emphasis on could--face a scenario where the share price tests new lows while behind the scenes, board members with sophisticated finance backgrounds and great networks--say, Axmin's Mr de Jong Weill-- arrange a buy out at 40% or so above the historic low at which they bought further shares at the last moment.  I'm just extrapolating based on the experience I had with a venture company in October 2011, i.e., Tonbridge Power.

I certainly hope this won't happen--I'm long--but I am somewhat worried for the first time about Axmin, quite frankly. Hope I'm mistaken.
