2. David McDonald will be paid as long as there is money in the bank, unless the board ask for his immediate resignation because he failed with his strategy;
3. In that case, he leaves the company with 361,000.$
4. Because there is virtually no money in the company, our investment in Axe will soon be reduced to zero;
