We have no choice to vote YES

After the RTO work and AGM, the company will most likely have less than 500K in the bank with no big interesting property

We are between a rock and a hard place

This said, a 10 to 1 reverse would have been more "right" for existing shareholders, the float would have been 6MM instead of 4MM....Not so bad IMO, Liquidity is good

I would have included a rights issue for existing shareholders so that they can subscribe directly into the 0.50$/.65$ financing Maybe it's not to late to include this

Why not just pick-up on the open market when the dust settles?! Maybe not! With such a tight float you just don't know where this goes!! In the end, if you hold long enough, you should make some money here!! Could get very interesting!!
