If you don’t like the deal as described then as
a shareholder you have the right to vote it down.
Maybe if we all stick together and vote it down they
will be forced to ratify the deal.
16 old for 1 new is absolutely criminal and I urge
everyone to voice their opinion with to the CDNX
as well as surveillance and finally “flood” them with
calls stating your anger as I DID!!!

In the interm I’d highy suggest to every shareholder  they start submitting their complaints to the CDNX as well as the company’s president McDonald who  is avoiding calls. The lady that answers the phone  cannot answer your questions nor knows enough  about the deal to offer you any satisfaction.  We must get “ proactive “ folks!! They say the deal is such a great deal for shareholders and they are confident but of course when confronted with shareholder concerns they are nowhere to be found. Typical penny stock CEO behaviour. Grow some balls McDonald and face your shareholders that are about to be robbed of minimum half of their investment because of your less than stellar ability to make a shareholder friendly deal. A split of 5 to 1 would be acceptable. They do not care to give their actions and actions. They will vote for cheap options but we small shareholders will not be entitled to sweets. AMF should investigate the transactions of the last 6 months you will see relatives and relatives cash between 12 and 16 cents. See more similar things in 2018.
