If true as you say that this is the best deal that Mr. Macdonald could get then he is a shitty negotiator and not worthy of being a CEO of a company. No updates! In how long? Has that made the situation better or worse? How does a CEO end up owning so few shares of the company? Why not spin out the mining projects and give shareholders a dividend instead of  selling them too his other company, Typhoon Exploration Inc. So many positive things can happen here, but silence is not one of them!!!!!
