GOT MY VOTING MATERIALS TODAY AND JUST VOTED. VOTED AGAINST IT. AXQ IS BETTER FOCUSING ON THE RETAIL SIDE THAN THIS CRAZY DEAL. AXQ CAN RAUSE MONEY AND BUY RETAIL STORES IN ONTARIO AND OTHER PROVINCES.

Who will raise that money to buy retail stores in Ontario and other provinces with no CEO and no board - unless you asked David McDonald to continue ! ? Where is the money to buy retail stores that you are referring to - because after November, 23th, there won't be any more money in the bank ? You did not answer my questions : who is your smart CEO because David McDonald will leave with the balance of the cash left in Axe ? So , his board will soon follow. To look for possible deals in USA, Mexico and Canada is a good idea, but NO MONEY in the    bank ! Who will finance Axe with no projects and who will make a deal with a broken company ?
