Rights issued to existing shareholders

I just received a notice from Axe stating I am granted 1 Right for each existing share I own. Each Right allows for the purchase of 1 Common Share @ a price of .04 or .64 post consolidation. Offer expires end of Feb. 2019

Firstly, I assume other will be getting these soon, I got it last week. Seondly, I'm not asking to or suggesting you do anything. I truly don't care what you do, I was only posting what I had just received from my brokerage on behalf of Axe.
