RE:Thinking about the drilling time now and after looking thru

This was my guess 13 days ago so we must be getting close or closer at least !

Goaweigh wrote: prior releases I see that the first drilling program started on November 19 th and ran to November 30 th so that's 11 days. We drilled 7 holes for a total of 996 meters for an average of 142 meters per hole and I think these holes were at 25 meter spacings so we did move the drill around a bit. That's 90 meters a day so it must be only 1 drill.

So if we are doing about the same but with 2 drills and we've been at it since May 26th then we are 14 days into it so we should have about 20 holes drilled by now. I'm being conservative because I think we have some targets that are much further apart which requires moving around and that must take time.

What I'm wondering is, do we send in the core in batches because if we do then maybe some of the core for the extension of Elmer 1 may have been sent in already and assays could be pending. That would seem like the logical approach to me, drill a bunch of holes extending the strike at Elmer 1 and get those into the lab ASAP and then move the rigs to the other targets.

Anyway, we must be getting close.

It would be great to think the drill campaign is almost done but someone posted on CEO.ca on June 15, saying that John Kaiser mentioned Azimut had completed a dozen holes. That would lead me to believe they wouldn't be done before the end of June and with the Canada day holiday, they may be done close to July 7th.  What I am hoping is that they have sent in the drill core for assaying ...more

Thanks Cham, Frank and Goa... appears AZM is much farther ahead than I expected at least on the drilling but could take some time for assays.   Looking at past AZM the press releases: 11-28-2019: starts drilling (actual drilling was 11-19-2019 to 11-30-2019 )  1-14-2020:  published results So maybe these next results are rushed a bit and it's ~1+ months for results and ...more
