Dear LinkedIn network, I am thrilled to share some remarkable progress made by Arizona Silver Exploration Inc. (TSXV: AZS) (OTCQB:AZASF) at the Philadelphia gold-silver project in Mohave County, Arizona.
In a recent development, the company has successfully completed the first deep core hole, named PC23-111, to test the down-dip continuity of high-grade gold-silver mineralization. While assays are pending, the geological description of the drill hole provides us with compelling insights.
Key Highlights:
1 Hole PC23-111 drilled to a depth of 319.5 meters.
2 Confirmed down-dip extensions of the Hangingwall (HW) and Footwall (FW) vein systems.
3 Encountered a new vein, the Upper Vein, indicating the potential for additional veins as we explore deeper into the system.
Mr. Greg Hahn, VP-Exploration, expressed his satisfaction, stating, "We continue to hit the dominant veins in the system as we drill deeper. The thickness of the FW vein has increased, and its character appears to be improving. The discovery of the new upper vein is exciting, suggesting we may be getting closer to the source of the fluids that produced the veins."
Drill hole PC23-111 was strategically located near previous hole PC22-91, which terminated in calcite-cemented quartz vein breccia containing +2 grams per tonne (gpt) gold. The objective was to test the known HW and FW veins slightly below the intercepts in the previous hole.
The HW vein was intersected at a depth of 230.59-231.59 meters, while the FW vein was encountered at 275.15-285.12 meters. Furthermore, an intriguing discovery was made with a new Upper Vein at a depth of 187.26-190.95 meters.
The characteristics of the Upper Vein align with the vein intercepts observed in the higher up-dip sections of the Philadelphia system, suggesting potential proximity to the fluid source. Notably, the FW vein in PC23-111 showcases marked differences from previous up-dip holes, featuring minimal calcite and predominantly fine-grained saccharoidal-textured quartz vein clasts. This transition indicates we have reached the boiling zone's deeper levels, beyond the influence of late-stage barren calcite.
In addition, the PC23-111 drill hole intersected a low resistivity feature believed to be the "feeder zone" to the main CSAMT anomaly identified beneath Red Hill. This exciting finding further supports the potential for significant mineralization associated with the Red Hills target.

Stay tuned for more updates as we unlock the potential of the Philadelphia gold-silver project. Thank you for your continued support!
