BCM Resources closes $2.2-million private placement

BCM RESOURCES CORP. CLOSES FINANCING
BCM Resources Corp. has closed a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $2.2-million through the issuance of 10 million units priced at 22 cents per unit.
Each unit is composed of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 33 cents for one year from the date of issue. All the securities issuable are subject to a four-month hold period to Aug. 29, 2022. Finders' fees of up to 5 per cent in cash and 5 per cent in finders' one-year warrants were paid on some subscriptions. The private placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Proceeds will be used to finance continued exploration at the Thompson Knolls porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum system discovery in Utah and general and administrative expenses.
