I doubt very much something as small as miwah being shut down would make the news if it really did happen. Also it would be material news and the company would have to put out a news release.
What local authorities has EAS not payed attention to? What government shut it down? I bet you would not even know how to guess at plausible answers to these questions, but go ahead and give it a shot, I dare you.
