RE: RE: Uncle Coasta.....

RE: RE: Uncle Coasta.....Miwah - you either just crawled out of the jungle - bumped into a computer - and have taken you first stab at investing in the junior resource market - or - you are an annoying fraud.  Probably somewhere in the middle.

Look - let's consider what we actually know and/or are observing:

1st - EAS / Miwah is one heck of a discovery - especially with gold ove $1,000 per oz - even better at $1,500 - even better with gold price rising and predicted to rise higher - MUCH higher with fiat currency problems and debt problems in major international economies.

2nd - Hawkins has a reputation of taking good care of his shareholder - after all he and the insiders are also shareholders.

3rd - look at the experience that the new team has - what does that point to in the future?

4th - I, nor none of the other posters here sit at the table when deals are being negotiated (new directors - financings - newcos - strategic planning) - but - business is business and that is where the combined experiences of the posters on this board are offered up as their insights based on what they have experienced (good & bad) over the years of investing in these types of speculative companies.  The biggest risk is gone - this is a serious discovery with a lot of upside yet to come - and will be influenced by dillution vs the amount of gold that is eventually deterimined to be there.

5th - EAS management has a built (and is building) a solid reputation of smart strategic decisions - and we anticipate that that will continue.

6th - don't ask what Mr Li - CIBC - or our current institutional investors would do !  Ask what YOU would do if you were in their shoes.  Like: a) would you stand back and wait to cleanup rights and warrants - or b) would you be building a position as this evolves.  In fact - the point that you have agreed to clean up rts & wts should mean that you already have started building a position.

7th - all decisions have the same elements that we all apply to our involvement in any deal: a) experience;  b) knowledge of the project;  - and these decisions have the same human elements: d) the desire to succeed financially (GREED) and; e) the mitigation of risk (FEAR).

So Miwah Sisters - how about less posting and more time reading - contemplating - and researching this and other successful ventures that are on the market.

So in a short answer to your question: I don't have a frigging clue - other that applying the above disciplines to try and GUESS as to what is happening and about to happen  Based on what is there (gold) - and who is running it (Hawkins) - I am still convinced something in the neighbourhood of $15.00 +/- is still in our future.

Is that a PUMP - Dreaming - Wishing - ????   Time will tell.

This is a deal where you do serious DD and either drink the cool-aid or... walk away.

One day, someone showed me a glass of water that was half full.  And he said, "Is it half full or half empty?"  So I drank the water.  No more problem.  ~Alexander Jodorowsky

Time for you to drink or move on.

Cheers,

Coastal.
