" I just finished reading the case documents to date from both SSI\ELBI and PT TMS. The legal filings by Elbi are shockingly bad - almost cringeworthy. She's failed to file several responses and when she does they rely on emotion, exaggeration and mining permitting rules that do not apply to PT TMS. You know - the worst possible things to rely on in court.
The only substantive parts of Elbi's case are based on regulations that govern mining approvals for a permit called an IUP. Unfortunately for her, Elbi is totally (perhaps on purpose) misinformed. PT TMS doesn't have an IUP they have a Contract of Work (CoW). A CoW is much, much better than an IUP and has a totally different permitting process. In PT TMS filings they cleared laid out all the steps they took to follow regulations to obtain the correct approvals. I almost feel her lawyers copied and pasted the contents of some other lawsuit they found.
When it was pointed out to Elbi that PT TMS has a CoW she basically claimed that the CoW was invalid because it was part of an elaborate hoax orchestrated by MEMR. I suspect we will hear more of this type of garbage from her soon - violation of human rights or some nonsense. In the absence of evidence, lie and make stuff up. Her filings are not aligned with reality and filled with incorrect facts. The entirety of her case filings are better suited for a social media disinformation campaign than a court.
MEMR\PT TMS used a wonderful line to summarise Elbi's position - "death of reason and common sense."

I am even more convinced this lawsuit will end and relatively soon. She has no response to MEMR\PT TMS evidence other than her own fantasies."
