Down Tick

I know this gets longs , including my-self, to see this constant down -ticking here in BAY. I have documented here multiple times this same trading house down-ticks the share price which Does give a False MDA. The time of trades and going from a up tick and then mill-secong a Down -tick prior closing bell.
