Thanks for the insights. I don't know any terms from the deal with the Timber company but the land package appears to set Bay up for an exclusive in VA's resource belt.  High grade is not expected in VA and more results like these will be needed to generate investor interest.  With gold trending up steadily, the ease of extraction in VA might make Bay's find that much more
