What do you mean by side-street gang? Please be specific as yuo do refer to it quite often and I woudl liek to understadn whay yuo mean - or dont mean.  IMHO - I see no reason to raise red-herrings where they dont need to be. Nobody maniupulates this stock becaseu it is a SMALL stock and why bother? Of course if yuo have EVIDENCE to the contrary, that might go along way to explaining what
