what is it that you don't get, Schooler/Goofy?
Remember, if a PP is oversubscribed then you know there's a demand and confidence in the stock....so,, the opposite is true when the PP isn't filled!

Take a peek at my c.TTX....their first tranche of their PP has been filled and now the second tranche is in play, but that has been filled already...not yet disclosed publicly!!!

Trust me - I get the implications. I literally just said shareholders could lose all their equity without an equity raise.  If AW1 at 80% of stock is valued at $55m; and Aston at 20% cant clsoe a PP priced at $7.4M; I would be surprised. Certrainly the flow through nature of the AW1 financing is helping them; and Aston cant do the same for Storm (not their project - not their expenditure).& ...more

Another point - Agreed their si no confidence in ASton. But there is in Storm, and that is ASton's free ride. Fingers crossed.

Outsourcing to the Bangladore boys was not a good move either as it pushed possible investors away. Well documented on this board. Waiting for the deep drill holes and assays to  right the ship.
