BAY/AWEST Trading Similar-AW-Options Exercised on 8/24 8/23

Just a tid bit of info - when looking at American West trading pricing similar both on ASX and US OTC vs Bay on Canada/US Exchanges.

On 8/24 AW issued 338000 paid shares - Were warrants at 10 cents ?

On 8/23 AW issued 2.9 million paid shares - Were warrants at 10 cents

Somebody getting ready? does not appear they were sold yet

Leaning towards Accumulation of shares of BAY by parties in the 22/24 cents area and when they move higher they are brought back. should be interesting how Bay closes today. any hint of news soon?

My take on the past couple weeks activity for both BAY and AW1 is that it  may be a purposely done NO NEWS lull in the cycle and that insiders may have taken this opportunity to exercise warrants and options while not in a black out as we wait for pending material news of assays.  A halt on Sunday by AW1 followed by a halt by BAY before Monday open would not surprise me one bit.
