Oversubscribed placement, not surprised, it's a steal at this price. And some still happy to sell below the placement price. Well, to each their own.

Probably would have been easier for a major to come along and buy them out.

Awful lot of dilution to raise 14 million dollars.  That always been the problem with Brixton, they have me problem diluting the hell out of shareholders.   At the same time any one of their multiple projects is worth more than the market cap of the company currently.  I wish they would spin off Langis and possibly Atlin gold field project into separate companies. Would instantly

That's not a bad idea. Keep Thorn and Hog heaven under BBB and put the others into a separate exploration company. It would certainly add double the interest. Good point(S). EPL did it with their royalty portfolio crearting another public company. Quiet period is almost over as the PP should be finalised Nov 20th.
