He was pleasant professional and made a call or two to find out what was going on. First guy, quite the opposite. When I asked first guy why TD restricted trade on pipe he VERY smugly replied, 'well TD has 40% market share in Canada for on line trading so our quality and risk standards may be different'. What a crock! But more likely the standard scripted answer the automatons would spew.
