RE:RE:Encouraging to see PIPE (or CPG?) buy the rights to 27-70-06any thoughts on why the land south of there went for so much more? seems like the other parcels had much higher interest. i went over E&P activity and there isn't anything imminent from those adjacent E&P's to justify such a high price unless they wanted to join up their acreage.
and if pipestone was the buyer today, any guess why they'd use a land broker?
