Same Management?I just took a look at this merger. Yes, it probably is good they consolidated into one company. But it's not like this was a major accomplishment by BlackBird. The Pennant Energy management group is led by the same CEO as Blackbird. So that isn't hard to do.
We are waiting for something better than merging two companies with the same CEO. Give us drilling results, increased production, a major financing, or significant acquisition.
