RE:RE:Lets all put dailin on ignore for the next 1000 years
That's how I am seeing things. If I recall correctly from an earlier post on here back in Nov/Dec, the land value alone is 50 cents + which makes this a bargain in the 40 cent range. Moderate to above average results in my opinion, make the land value drastically higher and those with a conservative lean to thier investments likely will start showing up looking for value within a proven commodity. I would be more concerned if we were at the well established stage where we know what the valuation of the commodity is alogn with all the hard facts and bandwagon jumpers are piling on as it is a sign (from what I have noticed as a rookie in this) there isn't a whole lot of value left.
