Previously it was known as Capture Oil & Gas Ltd.
We know it received a transfer of O&G Licences in the Montney region last month from Canadian Non-Operated Resources Ltd. (CNOR) namely:

CNOR is part of the Riverstone Energy Limited portfolio of companies.
We also know that Riverstone is a large landholder in the Montney bordering Blackbird AND they have not been active at all. Riverstone is a large private capital outfit. Money is not an issue.
There has been previous talk surrounding potential partnerships with Riverstone.
It might be an interesting time to be holding BBI, if they are starting to develop the play.
