The following stats were from a 117 stage completion. They are planning on completing 305 stages 295 and 195 stages all from 1 drill pad. They are talking about 20,000 feet of underground. That will be huge in regards to cost savings. Stage Completions has secured commercial orders of 1,881 Bowhead II valves for the month of May, from industry-leading companies in the Montney, Marcellus, Eagle Ford, Bakken, SCOOP / STACK and Permian Cardium Alberta Bakken shale plays. Stage has also experienced market penetration internationally through orders from large state-owned oil companies in the Middle East and China.
11.6 million lbs (5,800 ton) of sand, 361,000 bbl (57,394 m3) of fluid, maximum sand concentration of 4.7 ppg (563 kg/m3) and 42 bbl/min (5 m3/min) average rate, breaking its record number of stages in a single well without requiring Coiled Tubing or Wireline.
