RE:my viewEveryone seems to have the view that there is an alternative. I'm sure a majority of the people here did not participate in the private placement. Blackbird requested $12.4M and recieved under $9M as a result of the private placement. If you seriously think Blackbird would have met its Tidewater agreement with underfunded private placements then you really need to reconsider your position.
If you did not participate in the private placement then you really do not have the right to tell Blackbird where to get its capital. If you vote no on this merger, and you are not willing/able to personally fund Blackbird, then Blackbird will go underfunded and have a more uncertain future.
Be happy this is a decent deal where Stage Completions stays with the shareholders, the company is derisked now with ample capital, and gained a little bit more land.
